Our main theme is Identity in the Modern World. This competition invites artists to explore what "identity" means when boundaries between physical and virtual, local and global, blur. Consider how individuals, communities, and cultures define themselves today through:
Personal Identity: Self-reflection and individual expression.
Cultural Identity: Traditions and the impact of globalization.
Digital Identity: Virtual personas and online presence.
Collective Identity: Shared identities within communities.
Fluid Identity: Flexibility in gender, sexuality, and beliefs.
You are only entitled to one award if selected. For instance, if you are chosen for the digital display, you will not be eligible for social media exposure or honorable mentions.
No, all artworks must be original and created by the artist. AI-generated artworks will be disqualified.
All applicants must be at least 18 years old to participate.
Each entry allows an artist to submit up to three (3) artworks. If you wish to submit more than three images, you can add additional images to your entry for a fee of $5 per image.

I am so happy and lucky to get the Metropolitan Melodies prize. This prize gave me confidence, a chance to travel to New York, and an opportunity to show my artwork. Seeing visitors' reactions felt like a dream, proving art crosses any language. This experience inspired me to create new artwork based on New York. Lastly, I really appreciate the Agora staff. Their kind support made this one of the greatest moments of my life!
